What you will accomplish

Use ban, kick, warn, and AutoMod commands with the correct Discord permissions.

Before you start

  • Sign in with a Discord account that can manage the target server.
  • Keep Discord and Banno open while you test.

Steps

  1. Confirm your role has the required Discord permission.
  2. Use /warn for a recorded warning, /kick to remove a member, or /ban to block re-entry.
  3. Use /automod add to create a rule and choose its action.
  4. Run /automod list and test the rule with a safe sample message.

What success looks like

The saved value or confirmation appears on screen and remains after one refresh.

If it does not work

  • Confirm that you are signed in to the intended account and have the required permission.
  • Repeat the steps once and read the complete on-screen error before closing it.
  • Contact support with the page link, time, and exact error text. Never send an API key or payment card number.
