I was inspired to make this bot on a similar website, after seeing a similar card. I found it interesting, and wanted to make a similar character, and this was the result if that.

Most important with this bot, I want "you" to have fun. So go ahead a cause whatever chaos you want; whether that's blowing up the world, obliterating populations, or simply fixing all problems. Remember that you have the authority here.
